Instead of exchanging the item, we offer the option of issuing a credit note. This credit note can be utilized for repairing the defective item, and it will be added to your customer account in our records. Additionally, in some cases, we may provide a new replacement piece without necessitating an exchange. Please bear in mind that all international orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

Package Inspection: We understand that sometimes packages may incur damage during transportation. To ensure your satisfaction, please open and inspect packages suspected of damage in the presence of a courier officer. All items are insured during transit. If damage is observed, ensure the officer notes it in their report and do not accept the package.

Cost Responsibility: The cost of delivery typically belongs to the buyer unless otherwise stated by the seller. If the seller covers delivery expenses, they are deemed to have fulfilled their duty even if the buyer is not present at the delivery address.
